PROFESSOR BUNSEN SNAPS – DISCOVERIES

  1. SILICON The wonder mineral – We discovered that this substance is used in computers – mobile phones and most forms of Modern Technology – it transmits electrical current and is used in optic fibre – so light – sound and vision – AMAZING!

GENERATORS – By moving a magnet over a piece of copper wire – {generator} at a continuous speed can generate and electrical charge ! – This can also be achieved by using stream to turn arms {turbines }which spin the generator into action – creating electricity –

3 MAGNETS – are used by farmers to protect cattle from suffering wounds and scarring when grazing. They place them in their feed and these draw any barbed wire, glass or sharp objects away from the lining of their main stomach.
